What is the return policy?
Since our number plates are custom-made to your specific registration, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or don't match the details you submitted. If this happens, contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes — because each plate is made specifically for your registration, we're unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind, ordering errors, or no longer needing the item. This is standard for custom/personalised goods under UK consumer law. Damaged or faulty items are the exception and are covered under our return policy above.
When will I get my order?
Once your documentation (proof of ID and entitlement) has been verified, we dispatch the same working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders verified before [2:00 PM] typically arrive the next working day; anything after this is dispatched the following day. Please note this is Royal Mail's delivery aim rather than a guarantee. Anything ordered after 2pm on Saturdays will be shipped on Monday
Can I buy plates for someone else's car?
yes, as long as valid entitlement docs are provided
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of £4.99 for tracked delivery within the UK.
