Shipping policy

Dispatch: Orders are dispatched the same working day once valid entitlement documentation and ID have been verified.

Delivery: We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for UK deliveries. Orders confirmed and verified before [2:00 PM] typically qualify for next-working-day delivery; orders confirmed after this time are dispatched the following working day. Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a delivery aim rather than a guaranteed service, and delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. adverse weather, courier delays, remote postcodes). Anything ordered after 2pm on Saturdays will be shipped on Monday

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow its progress via Royal Mail.

Delivery area: We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delays due to documentation: Please note that orders cannot be dispatched until valid proof of ID and entitlement have been received and verified. Delays in providing documentation will delay dispatch accordingly.
